COPYRIGHT SERVICES
Copyright Search		$195
Searches Library of Congress records of all titles, authors and claimants for all recorded works. Identifies all renewals and assignments.
Copyright Application Preparation and Filing		$190
Copyright forms are completed and reviewed in meetings with copyright examiners. Charge includes $30 fee paid to Register of Copyright.
Correspondence file copies (plus photocopies)		$150 min.
Correspondence between the Copyright Office and Applicants are public record and can be reviewed and copied.
Inspection and Copying of Deposit Materials (plus government fees)		$150 min.
When litigation is ongoing or imminent, we can inspect and/or secure copies of copyright deposit material. These materials can also be certified for use in court.
